Dynamics platform is key to obtaining 360-degree view of ASIC’s regulatory population. ASIC has an ongoing and significant portfolio of projects on Dynamics 365 platform comprising digital initiatives, legislative changes, and business improvements. ASIC is seeking a Senior Dynamics Functional Consultant who will be responsible for: Proven experience in developing requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service applications. Advanced knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 applications. Demonstrate ability to analyse and understand business problems (past experience in the finance industry desirable). Proven experience in data modelling and process design. Strong interpersonal, communication and people skills with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to effectively present complex information to different target audiences both verbally and in writing. Ability to resolve client and stakeholder related queries with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to support team members to evaluate and propose technical alternatives for resolving business and technology issues. Ability to work independently with limited supervision and be accountable for outcomes. Relevant tertiary qualification and Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification are highly desirable. Experience working in AGILE environments. Knowledge & Technical Skills required: Demonstrated ability to apply development, deployment and testing best practices. Relevant tertiary qualification in information technology or engineering. Strong interpersonal, communication and people skills with stakeholders. Ability to work independently with limited supervision and be accountable for outcomes. Technical Experience required: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution design. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 delivery including assisting in training and UAT. Experience working in AGILE environments. Qualifications: A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology from a recognised educational/accredited institution is desirable and/ or equivalent substantial relevant work experience (current or previous). Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is desirable. Business acumen required: Works well with service delivery and project teams. Shows resilience, pursuing challenging situations with drive so as to achieve specified goals. Problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills for investigating and resolving stakeholder, client or systems problems, and for improving work practices and processes.
