The key duties of the position include The Role The Workgroup and Culture - Business Intelligence Officer is responsible for maintaining various databases and preparing reports and submissions relating to Workgroup and Culture matters for Air Force. The role also provides support to the Business Intelligence Manager - Workgroup and Culture, this includes but not limited to reviewing submissions, drafting stakeholder communications and monitoring workflow. About our Team Workgroup and Culture Branch is part of Air Force Headquarters. Workgroup and Culture Branch's mission is to design, develop and implement innovative personnel strategies in order to seamlessly integrate culture and workforce design for Air Domain contributions to enhance the Joint Force. Our Ideal Candidate Must have the ability to multitask, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines. Able to work independently and within in a team, strong written and verbal skills, and managing correspondence and dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders. Discretion and confidentiality is a necessity as this role is required to process, report and analyse sensitive information. Advanced Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel skills desirable.
