About the role: This role will be working for our Mars Champion segment, where we make life better for pets and their owners. Role Title: Logistics, Inventory, and Customer Service Coordinator Location: Melbourne Hours: Full-time Reporting to: Supply Chain Director What you’ll do: Resolve customer or system issues in a timely manner Complete required documentation for order processing, stock returns, disposals, or donations Support logistics operations and transfer of stock between DCs as required Ensure high service outcome across 3PLs, reporting performance vs KPIs and customer feedback Be the key point of contact to support customer enquiries and order management Inventory Management and reporting Goods receipt of all inbound stock into SAP Coordinate and responsible for internal and external auditor 3PL inventory stock takes. Maintain high level of control and reconciliation for all inventory movement & adjustments between SAP, BC and 3PL WMS Monitor interfaces between all operating systems and applications.
