The Opportunity We're looking for MC or HC Operators who are experienced in Road Stabilisation and associated civil works to join our friendly WA team, based out of Welshpool, Perth. This role involves operating a range of plant and machinery on projects in various locations across the state. You will contribute to meeting daily production targets with high quality works, along with keeping everyone safe in the workplace by following Hiway’s Zero Harm and Environmental processes. The majority of our projects are located in regional WA, with the most common Rosters being 3:1, 2:1 and 10:4, supplemented by occasional metro works. Paid travel to projects from Perth is undertaken by means of FIFO or DIDO Essential MC or HC drivers license Current plant tickets - stabiliser, spreader, loader, watercart, roller, skid steer Prior experience in stabilisation and road construction Safety, environmental & quality focused Be a team player with a positive attitude Construction White Card Hiway Australia specialises in recycling and reuse, offering innovative low-carbon pavement solutions for transport infrastructure across Australasia.
