This is a unique opportunity to contribute to DKA’s role as a catalyst for knowledge, innovation, and partnerships in desert and remote Australia. About DKA DKA works to: Support desert communities to thrive through innovation, research, and collaboration. Drive solutions for desert sustainability, including in energy, water, climate, workforce development, and economic growth. Build partnerships across community, industry, and government. Who We’re Looking For We are seeking Board members who can bring skills, experience, and commitment in areas such as: Governance and leadership Aboriginal culture and community development Education, training, and workforce development Remote service delivery and regional engagement Renewable energy, climate adaptation, and sustainability Business, finance, law, or risk management Economic development and innovation We strongly encourage nominations from Aboriginal people, women, younger leaders, and people with diverse backgrounds.
