Hanrob Darwin is now on the lookout for an Administration Lead to take ownership of our reception and booking processes and help guide a small, friendly team in delivering exceptional service every day. This role is hands-on and fast-paced - pawfect for someone who loves organisation, problem solving, and creating great experiences for clients and their pets. The ideal candidate will be available to work a full time roster with days to be discussed in further detail with shortlisted candidates. Availability to work across all school holiday periods (including Christmas and Easter) is required. Duties and responsibilities: Coordinate daily reception operations, including bookings, check-ins, and check-outs Be the go-to person for client enquiries, payments, and pet information Support and guide colleagues to ensure processes are followed correctly Help train and support new team members in day-to-day admin tasks Provide general administrative support to the Site Manager Ensure all client communications are warm, accurate, and timely Respond to any pet health issues with urgency and and provide clear updates to owners in line with our processes Assist with the completion of end of day, end of month and end of year checks and processes Experience/Skills: Previous experience in an administrative or customer service environment and a love for helping people (and pets!) Previous experience working or volunteering with animals is highly regarded but not essential Passion for problem solving and high attention to detail Organised and calm under pressure Quick learner and a willingness to get your hands dirty working with pets Competent with computer systems and the ability to pick up new software systems with ease Why Hanrob?
