As the successful Civil Construction Project Manager, you will lead and manage a collaborative team, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities: Planning and programming project tasks Managing site personnel and subcontractors, and mitigating performance issues Maintaining compliance with the company's quality, safety and environmental management systems Liaising with clients Providing project reports Managing all project resources. To be successful in this role, you must possess: A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management Considerable experience in civil construction management and supervision, and DTMR Project Manager experience at a minimum of R3 level Excellent leadership skills Experience in local council and government infrastructure projects, Proficiency in financial and budget management A strong understanding of commercial and contract knowledge, specifically AS4000 Ability to promote and deliver risk management, safe work methodology, and ensure effective implementation of WHS programs, systems, and compliance Familiarity with software tools and technical systems, particularly Procore, would be an advantage.
