Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee our business operations and drive measured growth. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the CFO will manage a team of finance professionals and ensure our financial systems support our expansion. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in accounting practices, capital raising, and financial strategy. This role demands a leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate change effectively. Key Objectives: Manage cash flow, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting. Develop annual operating, capital, and program budgets. Oversee day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal control activities. Implement best practices and tools for strong fiscal management and project coordination. Ensure compliance with national and local financial regulations. Primary Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior managers to develop budget proposals and ensure compliance with contracts and grants. Research revenue opportunities and economic trends; analyse internal operations to identify cost reduction and process improvement areas. Perform risk management and evaluate capital structure and fundraising initiatives. Oversee HR operations by coordinating with external service providers and internal staff. Monitor business performance and prepare detailed reports for the management team. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of five years in executive leadership roles. Strong leadership skills, personal integrity, and exceptional communication abilities. Advanced understanding of accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning. Experience in raising capital outside traditional credit lines. High self-motivation and ability to maintain high standards. Professional presentation and ability to represent the Group at a high level. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Degree (or equivalent experience) in accounting, business accounting, or finance. Experience in reviewing and interpreting legal contracts. Executive experience with relevant business models. Professional accreditation (CA or CPA).
