We are seeking a commercially minded analyst with strong Xero skills to join a small, high-performing team. This role offers real growth potential, supporting financial analysis with a clear pathway to progress within the next 12 to 24 months. The role will see you: • Review and analyse site performance, rentals, and return on investment (ROI) • Support rental agreements and contracts across private, government, and commercial landowners • Provide insights into income, outgoing rentals, and overall profitability • Assist with leasing models and compliance with councils, planners, and other regulatory bodies • Work closely with leadership to improve financial visibility and commercial outcomes About you: • Experienced with Xero and confident in reporting and analysis • Commercially minded with strong financial and data interpretation skills • Comfortable working in a small team where initiative and accuracy are valued • Motivated to grow into a senior commercial role over time This position offers a genuine career pathway within a well-established local business and is ideal for someone analytical, curious, and ready to take ownership of their professional growth.
