The role Reporting into the Process Manager, the Process Lead role is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity that sits within the Business Enablement team of the Transformation business unit. You will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and business process optimisation initiatives, and in doing so, contributing to the overall success of our organisation. You will succeed in doing so by crafting and implementing strategies to enhance service efficiency, empower operational staff to exceed expectations, and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders. Your passion for service, and commitment to continuous improvement and innovation, will be key to shaping our customer experience into a competitive advantage. Lastly, you will take the lead on key initiatives to design and implement innovative solutions that optimise and empower our business stakeholders to achieve remarkable results. About you An experienced Process Lead, you possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity. Your prior knowledge in various process improvement methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma, coupled with some familiarity or experience in process mapping and intelligence tools, such as Signavio and UI Path, will enable you to utilise and optimise our existing tool kit to build out and improve business processes across the wider enterprise. More importantly, you are comfortable working in an environment of organisational growth and transformation, with the drive and knowledge to define and promote best practices whilst we undergo an integration with another enterprise organisation. Lastly, you possess outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) that will enable you to engage effectively with key stakeholders and influence key decision-making processes.
