The opportunity Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients? We are seeking a Private Wealth Consultant to be the front-line liaison for our private wealth clients and their financial advisers. This is a high-touch, concierge-style role that spans phone, chat, and email channels, ensuring every interaction is seamless, personalised, and expertly handled. You’ll manage a wide range of queries from general account support to complex investment questions and translate sophisticated financial concepts into clear, actionable guidance. Your ability to take ownership and resolve issues end-to-end will be key to maintaining Netwealth’s reputation for outstanding service. Key Responsibilities Handle complex queries across a range of topics (including reporting, bespoke investment offerings and individual HIN Administration etc) Manage multi-channel enquiries end-to-end, ensuring timely resolution Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues without escalation Master Netwealth’s complex product suite Meet high expectations from private wealth clients and advisers Communicating intricate financial concepts clearly and effectively Keeping pace with industry and legislative changes What You’ll Bring 2 years’ experience in wealth management, financial advice support, or high-end financial services customer service Exposure to investment platforms or private banking highly desirable Progress toward or completion of RG146 compliance viewed favourably Strong grasp of structured products, derivatives, managed accounts, and HIN administration Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Proven ability to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Understanding of transaction processing and operational workflows in a platform or brokerage context High level of professionalism and integrity in client communications and data handling Life At Netwealth At Netwealth, our people are our greatest strength.
