As the Group Training Lead, you will support a team of dedicated field officers to deliver high quality employment and training outcomes. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, performance and maintaining the trusted relationships that underpin our success. You will Lead and mentor a team of dedicated Field Officers to deliver outstanding results and services Maintain a caseload of apprentices and trainees, providing guidance and support to ensure positive outcomes Nurture relationships with Host Employers to drive client retention and service satisfaction. Manage the operational delivery of apprenticeship and traineeship programs within South Australia, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements Build and maintain strong partnerships with host employers, training providers and community stakeholders Monitor performance metrics and implemented strategies to improve performance and retention Drive continuous improvement and innovation Promote a positive and safety first culture for staff, apprentices and trainees What will you need to succeed? You will have strong mentoring skills, exceptional relationship management with a passion for vocational education and training. Previous experience in group training, vocational education will help you succeed in this role.
