Description About the Role We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead to join our Metals Testing section in Perth. This is a 6-month contract role with a strong possibility of becoming permanent — ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their laboratory leadership career. As Team Lead, you’ll oversee daily lab operations, coordinate workloads, and ensure high-quality analytical results are delivered safely, accurately, and on time. You’ll lead a talented team, mentor junior analysts, and play a key role in driving continuous improvement and compliance with NATA and WHS standards.
