In this hands-on role, you’ll supervise daily operations across multiple outlets, leading and supporting the team through breakfast, lunch, dinner, and event service. With a focus on delivering seamless, high-quality experiences, you'll play a key role in maintaining service standards and fostering a positive team culture. Flexibility to work both AM and PM shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is essential. What you’ll be doing: • Supervising day-to-day operations across restaurant, bar, and event spaces • Leading, training, and motivating team members to perform at their best • Supporting recruitment, scheduling, and payroll processes • Collaborating closely with kitchen and event teams to ensure smooth service delivery • Maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation • Managing guest feedback with professionalism and care • Upholding brand standards and contributing to a supportive team environment • Assisting with stock control and inventory management
