About the role This role provides essential administrative and project coordination support within the Infrastructure & Operations team. You'll play a key role in streamlining processes, managing documentation, and ensuring efficient service delivery across the university's facilities and assets. Responsibilities Coordinate project documentation including contracts, financial forms, purchase orders, and meeting materials Champion project management systems including user creation, setup, and close-out Support contractor onboarding through finance and compliance processes Monitor workflows, set priorities, and ensure timely execution of administrative tasks Identify service gaps and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and continuity About you To be successful in this role, you will have: Extensive experience in technical or administrative fields with demonstrated expertise Strong understanding of policies and procedures with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively Proven ability to manage priorities, workflows, and performance of self and others A collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation Willingness to comply with all relevant regulatory and organisational requirements, including working with children checks What's in it for you?
