As the Store Manager, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience, driving sales performance, managing daily operations, and leading a high-performing team. Leadership & Team Management Recruit, train, and develop a team of stylists and sales associates who embody the brand's values and service ethos. Lead by example - demonstrating exceptional selling skills, product knowledge, and styling expertise. Set clear performance objectives and KPIs for the team, providing coaching and feedback to help them achieve results. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate sales goals, product launches, and promotional updates. Foster a positive, inclusive, and professional work environment where every team member feels valued and motivated. Sales Performance & Business Development Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual store sales targets through effective leadership and sales strategies. Analyze store performance metrics such as conversion rates, average transaction value (ATV), and units per transaction (UPT). Implement clienteling initiatives to build strong relationships with repeat customers and attract new ones. Identify local marketing and community engagement opportunities to drive store traffic and brand awareness. Support the execution of in-store events, styling sessions, and product launches. Customer Experience & Styling Deliver a premium, personalized shopping experience for every customer - combining expert styling advice with genuine service. Maintain deep knowledge of the brand's collections, fabrics, fits, and seasonal trends to guide customers effectively. Uphold a service culture that prioritizes professionalism, authenticity, and attention to detail. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with diplomacy and efficiency. Train staff in effective styling and cross-selling techniques for both casualwear and tailored pieces. Store Operations & Visual Merchandising Oversee all day-to-day operations including cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and loss prevention. Ensure the store is consistently presented to the highest visual and cleanliness standards, in line with brand guidelines. Work closely with the visual merchandising team to implement floor sets, product displays, and seasonal changes. Manage stock levels, conduct regular stock takes, and oversee replenishment and transfers. Monitor product performance and provide feedback to the buying or merchandising teams on customer preferences and trends. Administration & Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, analyzing results and identifying areas for improvement. Maintain accurate employee schedules, payroll records, and operational documentation. Ensure all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards are followed consistently. Manage operational budgets, expense tracking, and cost controls effectively. Key Skills & Attributes Retail Management Experience: experience in a leadership role, ideally within menswear, fashion, or lifestyle retail. Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse retail team. Sales & Business Acumen: Deep understanding of retail KPIs, sales strategies, and customer retention techniques. Menswear Expertise: Knowledge of fits, fabrics, tailoring, and how to build a smart-casual wardrobe. Customer-Centric Mindset: Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and personalized styling advice. Operational Excellence: Skilled in inventory management, cash handling, and retail systems (POS, CRM, etc.). Visual Eye: Strong sense of brand presentation, merchandising, and attention to detail. Communication: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, retail analytics platforms, and POS software.
