The Opportunity We’re seeking skilled Excavator Operators to join our team working on major projects in Sydney’s Northwest and Southwest. This is a full-time, permanent role offering long-term stability and a strong pipeline of work. What You’ll Do Operate excavators safely and efficiently Shape, trim, trench, and backfill to spec Apply basic compaction and material movement knowledge Load trucks and move materials accurately (basic GPS knowledge ideal) Perform daily checks and maintain machines to a high standard What We’re After Excavator experience in civil construction White Card Driver’s Licence, and flexible to travel Strong team player with a safety-first mindset Reliable, positive attitude, and able to work independently Why Join WEM?
