About the Role: Supporting recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes and responding to ad hoc People & Culture requests Preparing, issuing and managing employment contracts, variation letters and related documentation Managing the People & Culture shared inbox and maintaining accurate HRIS and employee records Preparing reports to support leaders with compliance, performance, and people metrics Coordinating annual award pay rate reviews (and interim adjustments as ), ensuring compliance and accurate updates across systems Researching, reviewing and drafting People & Culture policies and procedures Providing basic advice to employees and leaders regarding employment terms, conditions and payroll matters Key Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Ideally studying towards or holding a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field A positive, proactive mindset and a can-do attitude Willingness to roll up your sleeves and support a wide variety of People & Culture activities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally some exposure to HRIS or payroll systems Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information sensitively Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and follow through Strong administration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to form effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels A genuine thirst for learning we love developing new talent Employee Benefits: Work within a prestigious real estate brand known for excellence and innovation Competitive salary and access to ongoing professional development programmes Supportive team environment with mentoring from experienced professionals A vibrant workplace culture with regular team events and staff wellbeing initiatives Access to structured learning and development pathways tailored to your growth Be part of a workplace that values diversity, collaboration, and integrity Why Join Marshall White?
