Primary This role requires you to be “On Call” outside of normal business hours. One week on, one week off rotating roster. All aspects of warehouse receiving and dispatching of goods Picking, packing, and processing orders RF scanning Palletising of freight General warehouse duties Receiving stock, checking correct items and quantities Quarantining of shortages or damages Receipting stock into the SAP system and Dispatch deliveries out to client Reverse Logistics - Processing returns and booking couriers to collect goods Ensure stock gets put away in correct bin locations provided in warehouse Action all email requests in a timely and professional manner Provide support to the wider logistics team on all escalations and requests Coordinate stock counts across all client locations within your local environment Demonstrate an ability to work under pressure and in accordance with client set SLA’s Maintain an attitude that inspires self-improvement and success within the team Be able to work well in a small team environment Skills And Experiences What you will need to succeed in the role Heavy lifting is required A current forklift licence is required Previous experience in a similar role Able to work well in a team as well as autonomously Demonstrated intermediate level of communication skills - including written, verbal (including telephone) Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Must always maintain a neat and tidy appearance Provide a high level of customer service to all incoming enquiries received Excellent organisational and time management skills High level of initiative, enthusiasm, and flexibility Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external customers Demonstrates self-confidence and decisiveness Basic - Intermediate SAP preferred WMS / ERP systems experience preferred Current First Aid Certificate preferred Our Benefits A highly competitive salary package depending upon experience Free on-site parking A relaxed, modern office setting with smart casual dress Access to discounted banking, superannuation, and health and wellbeing offers via our corporate partners Company paid parental leave scheme Employee Assistance Program Only those with the legal right to work in Australia may apply for this position.
