As the proud captain of our iconic Tractor Ride, you’ll be responsible for delivering a world-class level of presentation, safety and guest service experience in a safe and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities From guest smiles to tractor miles, you’ll be: • Ability to drive and navigate the tractor and control traffic during park operating hours. • Ensure all safety standards are adhered to for team members and guests. • Loading and unloading the attraction. • Constant positive interaction with guests and demonstrate excellent guest service as a top priority. • Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the tractor and carriages to the required standard and report any incidents or faults that may arise immediately. • To maintain the pigs playground and assist with show clean up when required. What We’re Looking For Smiles, skills, and a smooth ride ahead. You’ll bring: • Blue Card is essential (Please be advised that the cost of a Blue Card is currently $104.70, however, VRTP will reimburse employees who successfully complete three months of service). • Current driver’s license. • Ability to be flexible in a team environment. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a desire to exceed guest expectations.
