The NDIS Community Program Manager leads and supports the delivery of Community Access programs, ensuring services are person-centred, high-quality, and meet NDIS standards. They guide the team, foster strong relationships with participants and stakeholders, and help people achieve independence and meaningful community participation. Requirements What you'll do: Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of NDIS Community Access and social participation supports in line with participant goals and service agreements Ensure services are delivered in accordance with the NDIS Practice Standards, Code of Conduct, and organisational policies and procedures Maintain oversight of day-to-day service delivery, ensuring appropriate staffing, safe supports, and continuity of service Manage rostering and workforce allocation to ensure capacity, competence, and consistency of supports Conduct regular site visits to monitor practice quality, compliance, and participant experience, and implement follow-up actions Ensure effective risk management, incident reporting, complaints handling, and feedback processes are in place and consistently applied Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready participant documentation, records Monitor service performance and participant outcomes, using data, feedback, and audits to drive continuous improvement Lead, supervise, and develop a multidisciplinary workforce in line with NDIS workforce capability and supervision requirements Support staff performance, training, and competency development to meet practice and compliance expectations Build and maintain effective relationships with participants, families, community partners, and external providers Collaborate with internal teams to support integrated service delivery and quality assurance processes Contribute to resource planning, budget oversight, and funding management to support sustainable and compliant service delivery What you'll bring: Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, or a related field (required) Diploma or tertiary qualification in Disability, Community Services, Social Work, or a related discipline (preferred) Demonstrated experience managing NDIS-funded disability or community services, including Community Access or social participation supports Strong working knowledge of the NDIS framework, Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements, and psychosocial supports Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams in complex service delivery environments Experience with workforce coordination, rostering, and operational oversight in disability services Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship-building skills Understanding of Practice First principles, trauma-informed care, and person-centred approaches Highly developed organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality documentation and compliance Awareness of disability and community sector trends, market dynamics, and service growth opportunities Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement and inclusive practice Benefits What we offer: We offer an Employee Assistance Program for support and because time out is so important.
