About the Role We’re looking for a passionate Home and Lifestyle Lead to guide three of our supported accommodation houses in the Northern Beaches. You’ll mix hands-on client support with team leadership and coordination, helping your team deliver top-quality, person-centred services every day. In this role you’ll: Lead, motivate and support a brilliant team of Community Support Workers Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, families, and circles of Support Oversea daily operations including , rostering, scheduling, and documentation Promote safeguarding and ensure quality, compliance, and safety standards are met Work alongside the Operations Manager to enhance team performance and client outcomes Welcome new clients and make sure their transition feels seamless Bring a positive, can-do attitude to every day About You You’re a natural leader who brings warmth, structure, and positivity to everything you do.
