What You’ll Do Feasibility analysis and financial modelling Cost management and budget oversight Analyse financial performance and providing actionable insights Prepare clear, actionable reports highlighting financial insights, trends and risks Work closely with the development team and project managers Engage with stakeholders to provide financial advice and recommendations Project oversight and cost management - ensure financial alignment across project stages Risk management and compliance - identify financial risks and develop mitigating strategies What You’ll Bring Tertiary education in Finance, Economics, Business, Commerce or related field Minimum 5 years experience in finance, commercial feasibility or property Experience working with developers or construction firms Strong knowledge of development approvals, planning laws and property markets Proven expertise in financial modelling, cost planning and feasibility studies Advanced Excel skills and BI tools The ability to interpret and communicate financial information clearly Great communication and presentation skills - you can make data tell as story A proactive, team-oriented mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment The role will suit an accounting professional seeking variety, who has had previous exposure to a consultancy / advisory role and broader project exposure.
