In the Digital Business Partner role, you’ll find yourself at the intersection of our digital, loyalty, eCommerce and marketing teams, translating data into strategic insight that drives customer engagement, business growth and product innovation. Role Purpose As our Digital Insights & Analytics Business Partner, you’ll own and deepen our strategic relationships with the 7-Eleven digital, loyalty and ecommerce areas. You’ll proactively identify where insights can shape business decisions, ensuring digital experiences, campaigns, and products are informed by robust data, experimentation and performance analysis. You’re both a story teller & strategist, using your analytics expertise to guide our teams towards better questions, stronger hypotheses, and evidence-based decision making. The role will deliver research and analytics across our digital ecosystems, as well as work closely with the Digital area’s leadership to ensure we stay connected to the strategic ambitions. What you’ll do Act as strategic liaison between the Digital teams and the broader RADS and insight function – ensuring alignment between business priorities and our resourcing and focus areas Translate digital performance, customer, and behavioural data into actionable insights that inform strategy, product and marketing Own and continuously enhance our digital and loyalty insight programs including strategic planning, reporting, segmentation and optimisation Deliver analytics around pricing, promotions, offers, marketing activity and customer behaviour Identify and frame new insight opportunities, bringing the voice of the customer and evidence-based thinking to your every day Champion our analytical craft internally by contributing to working groups that evolve our methods, programs and best-practice principles Develop and own the insight interaction framework for digital, including reporting strategy, cadences, communication plans and presence at key business forums Support strategic tasks such as agency procurement, budget management, and capability building across the insights area What you bring to the table 10 years in research and analytics with a focus on digital ecosystems, loyalty programs, and delivery channels (eCommerce) Strong grasp of digital ecosystems and analytics approaches Proficiency in SQL, Power BI and digital analytics platforms (e.g. Adobe, GA4, CDP/CRM tools and experimentation platforms) Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, you translate complex data into clear narratives and recommendations Highly collaborative mindset, thrives in agile & cross-functional environments Strategic curiosity, a genuine interest in how and why consumers behave the way they do, and how digital channels, experiences and data can shape business growth Experience working in the digital space in retail, FMCG or multi-channel consumer environments preferred At 7-Eleven our people are at the heart of everything we do.
