You'll be a trusted partner to our leaders, providing expert advice and pragmatic solutions that directly support our business goals. Your day-to-day will involve hands-on work across the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to performance and offboarding. You'll ensure our people initiatives are not just strategic on paper but are also effectively implemented, fostering a culture where our employees can thrive. Key Responsibilities Act as the go-to person for business leaders, offering coaching and support for all people-related matters. Take the lead and drive all HR operations, ensuring a seamless employee experience across their employment. Supporting Strategic Initiatives, whilst helping implement key projects led by the Head of HR, including training programs, new remuneration frameworks, and system optimisation. Managing Employee Relations with a focus on empathy and compliance, escalating complex issues when necessary. Ensuring Compliance such as Fair Work, modern award, and financial services regulatory requirements is fully compliant and up to date. Use HR data and analytics to provide meaningful insights and help leaders make smarter business decisions. You're a problem-solver who can balance the needs of employees with business objectives and can translate strategy into tangible results. Must have’s You have a deep understanding of employment law, Fair Work compliance, and modern awards. Hands-on experience with Workday HRIS and ADP payroll systems. Experience in working in financial services or another highly regulated environment. You are familiar with broader financial services regulatory frameworks like APRA and ASIC. You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience.
