About the OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting opportunity for two experienced Project Managers to join the AUKUS Program with BAE Systems, based in our Flinders St Offices in Adelaide, on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful candidates will oversee stakeholder coordination, governance and end-to-end management of Government and Contractor Furnished items as well as ensuring alignment, compliance and continuous improvement across integration activities. Key RESPONSIBILTIES Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, the Shipbuilder, industry partners, and Commonwealth stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective communication across all furnished item and integration activities. GFx/CFx Coordination: Provide clear guidance to the Shipbuilder on identifying and requesting Government Furnished (GFx) and Contractor Furnished (CFx) items. Oversee the end-to-end process to ensure timely availability, including logistics, storage, access, and issue resolution. Governance & Compliance: Ensure all furnished items are securely managed and used in accordance with contractual, security, and operational requirements. Promote adherence to agreed processes and standards across all parties. Cross-Functional Integration: Actively participate in regular meetings and coordination forums across PM&I workstreams to support integrated planning, risk management, and issue resolution. Continuous Improvement & Feedback: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, identifying process enhancements, and supporting collaborative problem-solving. About YOU We're seeking an experienced and proactive project manager who can lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects across diverse environments, organisations, and time zones—ensuring alignment, governance, and delivery excellence while remaining adaptable and confident in navigating change and ambiguity. You will: Build effective relationships across internal teams, suppliers, and government or industry partners. Understand governance, compliance, and integration processes Balance competing priorities to deliver customer and business outcomes. Influence and negotiate to achieve positive stakeholder and business results. Motivate and lead across functions to deliver project objectives. Communicate clearly and adapt to a range of audiences.
