Our client, a leading name in the independent grocery retail sector, is seeking motivated and reliable Order Pickers to join their modern distribution centre in Acacia Ridge. What’s on Offer Be part of a supportive, down-to-earth team – no egos, no politics Smaller team with a big impact – your contribution truly counts Ongoing, stable work with a respected national business Key Responsibilities Accurately pick and pack grocery orders to meet daily targets Operate EPJs (Electronic Pallet Jacks) safely and efficiently Work to set KPIs and performance targets Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment Follow all safety and quality procedures About You Previous order picking experience in a warehouse or distribution environment Proven ability to work towards and achieve KPI targets Confident using EPJs / Electric Pallet Jacks Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual handling (up to 20kg) Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious Excellent communication skills Must have full Australian working rights and availability 5 days per week.
