Job Connect is seeking reliable Production Machine Operator Staff with Forklift tickets to join a well-established manufacturer in Wacol . This role is perfect for operators experienced in batch production, blending, mixing or processing who can make a quality-assured product in bulk quantities. What’s on Offer: 8 month contract, full-time position with view to permanent – stability, security, and annual leave entitlements Good pay: $34.00 per hour overtime rates Straight-to-full time employment – not labour hire Day shift available 6am starts (no rotating shifts) Quality training provided – structured training, close coaching and buddy ups until fully competent Work in a safety-focused environment with a respected international manufacturer Your Day-to-Day: Operate production and blending machines to create bulk batches Follow Production Plan accurately to ensure product consistency Complete quality assurance and production documentation, liaising with lab techs Load and unload materials (up to 20kg) into hoppers Operate forklifts to move, stack, and store finished goods safely What We’re Looking For: At least 1 year of experience in batch production, process or manufacturing Ability to perform manual handling tasks (lifting up to 20kg) Forklift licence and confident operating experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards Reliable and ready for long-term, stable work Ready to make a move?
