The company specialises in delivering tailored technology solutions to clients across various sectors, with a strong focus on system integrity, quality assurance, and end-to-end support. City Systems currently seeking an experienced Computer Network and Systems Engineer to join its technical team. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and compliance of ICT systems support and detailed testing, auditing, troubleshooting, and ongoing technical analysis. Key Responsibilities Research, analyse, evaluate, and monitor network infrastructure to ensure optimal configuration and performance. Design, develop, interpret, and assess complex system architectures, data models, and technical specifications for the development, configuration, and integration of computer systems. Install, configure, test, maintain, and administer new or upgraded networks, servers, workstations, software, and database applications. Provide specialist technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution for network issues, outages, and emergencies. Develop and implement network programming solutions to meet specific business requirements. Assess existing network operations and recommend improvements across hardware, software, communication systems, and operating environments. Monitor network traffic, usage, capacity, and activity to maintain system integrity and ensure optimal performance. Prepare and maintain documentation and procedures for network inventory, fault diagnosis and resolution, system modifications, enhancements, and maintenance instructions. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in relevant organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Solid understanding of software, hardware, operating systems, networks, and security frameworks. Familiarity with quality assurance processes and testing protocols.
