What you will be doing Manage, nurture, and retain key accounts with exceptional service. Promote Maxima’s full suite of services to clients and stakeholders. Represent Maxima at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings. Provide regular reports and insights on client engagement and performance. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Australia. Build a healthy pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and events. Prepare tailored proposals, quotes, and capability statements. Drive business development initiatives aligned with strategic goals. Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within accounts. Gather client feedback to guide service enhancements. Monitor industry and competitor trends to anticipate market shifts. Provide data-driven insights and business cases for new initiatives. What We’re Looking For: A confident communicator with a talent for building strong relationships and driving business growth.
