You’ll be providing high-level administrative and legal support to Partners in a leading Corporate team. This is a varied and hands-on role that will see you involved in: Drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence; File management (opening, closing, archiving and electronic filing); Diary and email management, coordinating meetings and appointments; and Monthly billing, timesheet entry, and expense processing. What are we looking for? Previous experience as a Legal Assistant; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and legal document management systems; Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
