We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to work side-by-side with another Marketing Manager (equal level) and report directly to the Marketing Director. What You’ll Do A genuinely hands-on role across digital, content, e-commerce and analytics: Website, E-commerce & Analytics Own, update and optimise the Shopify website daily — products, content, UX and performance. Use GA4 and other analytics tools to track, test, measure and continually improve conversion and engagement. Run experiments (A/B testing, CRO initiatives) and bring insights back to the team. Digital Marketing Execution Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google and Klaviyo. Manage paid social and search, ensuring seamless alignment between creative, targeting, and commercial outcomes. Build and maintain social content calendars, brief creative assets, and contribute your own ideas and concepts. Email & CRM Drive automation flows, product launches, EDMs, segmentation and reporting within Klaviyo. Teamwork & Collaboration Work shoulder-to-shoulder with another Marketing Manager — sharing ideas, dividing work, and building campaigns together. Partner closely with the Marketing Director for strategy, approvals and performance direction. You will have autonomy — but you won’t be on an island. What You’ll Bring 5 years in digital marketing with strong hands-on execution across paid, social, CRM and content. Shopify experience is essential — you’ll be comfortable managing pages, products, updates, and basic optimisation. Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Klaviyo, and GA4 . A naturally curious mindset — you like to test, try new things, and use data to guide decisions.
