We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-quality energy projects in the Energy sector. This role is based in Sydney and offers a fantastic opportunity to lead and manage complex transmission substation and renewable energy projects. Description Manage end-to-end delivery of transmission substation and renewable energy projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise. Prepare detailed project reports and updates for stakeholders. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to achieve successful outcomes. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimisation. Profile A successful Project Manager should have: Background in the Energy industry, with 1-2 projects under your belt, with experience in Transmission substations from 132kV and above. Relevant qualifications in engineering, project management, or a related field. Proven experience in managing complex energy projects from inception to completion. Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Strong knowledge of industry standards, compliance, and safety regulations. The ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Previous experience working on projects for Transgrid, Ausnet or Powerlink would be a distinct advantage.
