About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded engineer who thrives on problem-solving and wants to make a real impact on Design & Construct (D&C) projects . In this role, you will take ownership of screw pile system designs across a variety of projects, working closely with project managers, clients, and site teams to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective solutions. You will be involved in projects from tender through to construction and completion, providing engineering expertise and practical guidance to ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and analysis of screw pile systems in line with geotechnical data and project specifications. Review and interpret geotechnical reports, soil investigations, and structural drawings. Collaborate with construction teams to ensure designs are practical and buildable. Prepare and review engineering documentation, design calculations, and certification reports. Liaise with clients, engineers, and contractors to resolve design or site challenges. Ensure all designs comply with Australian Standards, codes, and safety requirements. Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (or equivalent). Strong background in Design & Construct (D&C) projects . Expertise in pile design, load testing, and geotechnical principles. Experience with structural analysis software and CAD tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Able to work independently and deliver high-quality results under deadlines. RPEQ or CPEng accreditation is preferred but not essential.
