ConsultANZ is looking for an experienced Piling Project Engineer to join a market-leading contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across NSW. The Role Be part of a dynamic team shaping NSW’s key infrastructure projects. You’ll play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and delivering complex piling packages that utilise cutting-edge foundation systems. This role is ideal for engineers who excel in hands-on, fast-paced environments and are eager to strengthen their technical and project leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Assist with the daily management of piling operations alongside engineers, supervisors, and foremen Ensure all site works meet project drawings, specifications, and safety standards Oversee temporary works installation and promote a safety-first site culture Prepare and monitor short-term construction programs and scheduling plans Develop project-specific methodologies, risk assessments, and quality documentation Identify and record variations or design changes for commercial evaluation Maintain thorough and accurate site records, reports, and daily logs What You Bring Minimum 5 years’ experience in piling, ground engineering, or major civil projects Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline Practical knowledge of piling techniques such as CFA, bored, driven, and sheet piling Strong grasp of construction methodologies and site procedures Excellent organisational and documentation management skills Flexibility to travel across NSW for project needs A proactive mindset, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities What’s On Offer Competitive salary: $90K–$130K Super, based on experience Exposure to technically complex and high-profile infrastructure projects Excellent support for professional growth and career advancement within a market leader APPLY NOW if interested or email marnel.labarosa@consultanz.com.au to hear more about this opportunity.
