The Role Reporting into one of our directors, this is a billing team lead role with the aim to build out a high performing HR and TA team. The Duties Grow and mentor a high performing team whilst learning about budget and training programmes to develop. Running a desk a warm desk, historically billing between $100-200k a quarter. Working closely with directors to build strategy for HR and Talent division Leverage Lotus People’s market leading tech stack to drive efficiencies and process improvements across the team Generate business for division and wider business through targeted, strategic and consistent business development and client acquisition initiatives and activities Negotiate commercial terms of business and act as escalation point for consultants regarding client communications Nurture existing relationships and Lotus People experience levels with clients and candidates Experience Ideally, you will have a network within HR and Talent, however we are open to all levels and all candidate backgrounds, as culture fit is our primary guide for this role.
