As our ministry continues to grow, we are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Assistant to help maintain our supplies, equipment, and ministry materials efficiently. Position Overview The Inventory Assistant plays an important role in ensuring that all church departments have the materials and resources they need to support ministry activities and events. This position involves maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing storage areas, and assisting with ordering and distribution of supplies. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update inventory records for church supplies, materials, and equipment. Receive and inspect incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality. Organize and label storage rooms, ensuring items are easy to locate. Track inventory levels and alert supervisors when reorders are needed. Assist with setup and teardown for church events and activities. Coordinate with ministry leaders to fulfill supply requests. Ensure stewardship of church resources through proper handling and accountability. Support the facilities and administrative teams as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or administrative support preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, inventory tracking software). Reliable, responsible, and committed to the mission and values of Kindred Bible Church.
