About the role Due to organisational growth, we now have an opportunity for a General Manager – Operational Excellence and Assurance, to oversee the design and compliance of their programs. This role uplifts and designs the framework, builds capability and enables the adoption of governance initiatives that support effective project and program delivery. It ensures teams are equipped with the right tools, systems, and skills to deliver outcomes that benefit communities. About you With a strong background in portfolio or program management and assurance, you are skilled at driving alignment, embedding frameworks, and enabling capability uplift, ensuring quality outcomes. You will also have: Demonstrated capability in leading multi-disciplinary teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional excellence Substantial experience and proven achievement in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of project and program frameworks. Proven experience in designing and implementing assurance programs. Emphasise innovative practices, to enhance program and operational delivery. Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Community Services, Business Management, or related field. Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role Experience in overseeing assurance activities to ensure alignment program objective, governance frameworks and funding agreements.
