Your Role We are seeking an experienced, people-focused People & Culture Business Partner to support the Shared Services and Integrated Buildings portfolios. Partnering with technical leaders and the broader P&C team, you will help build capability, drive engagement, and shape a connected, high-performing workplace. Key Responsibilities Build trusted relationships with leaders and teams. Support initiatives across capability, performance, and remuneration frameworks. Deliver BAU HR activities with consistency and care. Coach leaders to enhance engagement and team capability. Travel occasionally along the East Coast for engagement and training. Provide data-driven insights, research, and analysis to make actionable P&C recommendations. Support ad hoc projects at different stages of the project life cycle such as finalise HRIS implementation for smooth adoption. Your Rewards An employee-owned business where your voice matters. Proven HRBP experience (engineering, construction, or professional services ideal). Strong understanding of capability, performance, and employee relations.
