About the role This is a senior leadership role overseeing the finance function, leading a small team and providing trusted strategic advice to the executive team. You will ensure strong financial reporting and compliance, drive efficiency through systems and processes, and play a key role in supporting long-term planning and commercial decisions. Duties Oversee financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, cashflow and audits Ensure compliance with statutory obligations, standards and risk management Drive process improvements and optimise financial systems through digital transformation Provide analysis on business performance, profitability and cost optimisation Prepare and present reports and insights to the board and senior leadership Partner with executives on commercial strategy and investment decisions Lead, coach and develop the finance team to foster accountability and improvement Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners Skills & experience Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or Economics Professional qualification (CA, CPA, CFA or CMA) Proven leadership experience in senior finance roles Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, compliance and reporting Experience with ERP/financial systems and process improvements Excellent communication skills with ability to present to boards and non-financial stakeholders Strategic, proactive mindset with strong commercial acumen Ability to influence and partner with executive leadership Culture People enjoy working in this business because of its supportive, collaborative and innovative culture.
