As a Food Services Coordinator , you will play a vital role in supporting guests wellbeing by delivering warm, professional, and personalized food service experiences, bringing the heart of hospitality into a healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities Coordinate patient menu selections in collaboration with Amplar Health clinical staff and Pullman Adelaide’s culinary team, ensuring dietary preferences and medical restrictions are accurately accommodated. Deliver meals to dedicated floors with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine sense of care Oversee the preparation of mise en place and service trays in coordination with the stewarding and STC teams, ensuring timely and organized delivery to rooms and supporting guests during mealtimes with professionalism and care. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all food service areas in close collaboration with the Food Safety Supervisor, ensuring strict adherence to infection control protocols and regulatory standards. Communicate effectively with TCS and dietary staff regarding guests needs or concerns, while also coordinating and relaying relevant information to the culinary team to ensure seamless service and accurate meal delivery. Manage supplies and equipment dedicated to TCS, ensuring smooth daily operations by monitoring inventory levels, coordinating maintenance needs, and promptly reporting any malfunctions or service disruptions.
