Job Description As part of the Patient Services team, you will be responsible for both the front and back-of-office administration processes to the hospital. This role is a part time opportunity at our Epworth Freemasons site. (19 hours a week) You will make an impact by: Processing patients prior to hospital admission Assisting patients, visitors and medical specialists with admission and discharge related enquiries Providing excellent customer service when working in the main or ward reception Completing ad hoc bookings for unplanned / after-hours admissions Completing other activities including health fund validations, estimates, patient attendance scheduling and performing informed financial consent To be successful in this role… You will be a dynamic customer service orientated business officer who takes pride and ownership in their work.
