What will your role be? Join Diageo as an RGM Manager and be part of a dynamic team driving profitable growth across our celebrated portfolio. In this pivotal role within the Commercial Team in Australia, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic pricing and promotional strategies. Reporting to the Head of RGM, you'll lead efforts to transform our approach from Finance to Commercial bringing it closer to our customers while elevating its strategic impact. You'll develop innovative pricing, product-mix, and trade investment strategies that optimize revenue and profitability. By balancing short-term goals with long-term objectives through analytics-driven decision-making, you'll influence key stakeholders across commercial and finance functions. Develop and implement pricing, promotion, mix optimisation and trade investment allocation strategies to maximise revenue and profit growth across our portfolio Utilise advanced analytics to identify revenue growth opportunities, improve promotional effectiveness, and optimise channel and product mix Lead cross-functional teams to ensure that commercial strategies are aligned with financial targets and business priorities Monitor key revenue growth metrics, report on performance, and recommend adjustments to strategies as needed Build strong relationships with internal (local, region) and external customers to drive alignment on revenue growth objectives What will you bring to the table? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred. Strong business and financial acumen with excellent attention to detail. Proficient in data analysis and financial modeling, translating insights into strategies. Experience with revenue management tools and data analytics platforms (e.g., Excel, BI). 3-4 years in Consumer Goods industry roles, including RGM or Finance strategy development. Leadership skills with experience managing team members; consulting background is a plus. Why Join Us?
