This role is all about keeping things running smoothly - building maintenance, safety compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. What You'll Do - Coordinate building maintenance and respond to tenant requests quickly. - Liaise with vendors and contractors to keep services on track. - Maintain accurate building records and documentation. - Assist with inspections, certifications, and compliance requirements. - Support budgeting, purchase orders, and invoice processing. - Build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders through clear communication. What You Bring - Previous experience in facilities coordination or property management. - Knowledge of building safety regulations and emergency protocols. - Strong organisational and time management skills. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and attention to detail.
