We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Production Administrator - Permanent position for join our client in Clayton South. The Production Coordinator supports the manufacturing site by helping to coordinate daily plant operations, ensuring that D365 is updated and maintained, managing the inbound and outbound flow of Raw Materials / Packaging / Finished Goods, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and by acting as the primary administration support role on site. Key Responsibilities Support the production and vendor scheduling, documentation, and data entry Maintain accurate records of production outputs, materials, and inventory management. Assist the manufacturing manager to provide leadership in quality, cost, delivery and safety. Communicate with suppliers, warehouse, and other departments to ensure workflow efficiency Assist with tracking orders and coordinating deliveries Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and quality standards Assist with labour resource planning. Requirements Relevant planning experience coordinating Manufacturing activities in an FMCG environment - food experience will be highly regarded. Strong knowledge of production planning and vendor scheduling. Demonstrated effectiveness in team engagement and process improvement. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Understanding of food quality and safety systems and standards. Experience in helping to drive high safety culture and applying Safe work policies.
