JP Recruitment is seeking Maintenance Fitters to join a leading manufacturer in the poly pipe industry, to join their Neerabup team. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position with a company that values safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship. This is a day shift role , working Monday to Friday with shifts running 8 hours . Overtime opportunities are available, including occasional weekend or after-hours work, to support maintenance requirements. Key Responsibilities Carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance on fixed plant machinery Conduct repairs and adjustments to hydraulic and pneumatic systems Perform fault finding and troubleshooting on mechanical equipment Undertake minor fabrication tasks, including basic MIG welding Safely operate cranes and assist with lifting where required (Dogman/Overhead crane experience advantageous) Work collaboratively with the maintenance and production teams to minimise downtime Ensure all tasks are completed with a strong focus on Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) What We’re Looking For Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter Proven experience with fixed plant maintenance Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems Basic MIG welding and fabrication skills Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve under pressure Safety-first mindset and commitment to working as part of a team Benefits Stable, full-time opportunity in Neerabup Work with a well-established industry leader Supportive team environment Competitive pay and conditions If you are a motivated and safety-conscious Mechanical Fitter looking for your next opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
