You will develop, implement, monitor and evaluate strategic and operational service activities to ensure ongoing viability of the business. We are expanding our range of medical equipment and require a service technician to support our highly regarded range. Reporting directly to the Service Manager this position will have responsibility for the following: Service repairs Service calls on customers CRM updating Field service management app - service fusion Commissioning new equipment Calibration and troubleshooting To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes: Positive "can do" attitude Reliable Has technical experience including IT and Electronics - field service Has Business and Health Care experience Displays a strong understanding of electronics and biomedical applications Has a Biomedical Engineer/technician qualification Displays strong mechanical aptitude Demonstrates analytical and problem solving skills Have a passion for customer service Can handle customer complaints Has strong computer literacy - office, networking Ability to complete tasks/goals within defined time frames Demonstrates strong communication skills Is able to work autonomously You will be part of a growing dynamic company, who ensure a fun and professional team environment.
