Description Manage payroll project deliverables, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address payroll-related queries and provide solutions. Ensure compliance with relevant payroll legislation and industry standards. Review and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Assist in implementing payroll system improvements and upgrades. Prepare reports and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes. Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies effectively and efficiently. Profile A successful Payroll Project Specialist should have: A strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements. Experience with Payroll Systems - Employment Hero preferred. Strong knowledge of Fair Work / Awards Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. The ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
