Job Description Part-time - 4 days/week (Hybrid) Play a key role in improving diabetes outcomes for Detainees through education, support, and evidence-based care. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to empower Detainees in managing their condition effectively. Join us in bringing a new approach to medical and wellbeing care for detainees by: 1. Clinical Care and Management Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and provide direct diabetes management, including medication, insulin, and glucose monitoring, in collaboration with healthcare teams. 2. Education and Health Promotion Deliver education sessions and develop resources to enhance diabetes awareness, prevention, and self-management across the detention network. 3. Policy and Collaboration Develop and review diabetes-related policies and provide clinical leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality, evidence-based care. Let's talk about you! Post graduate qualifications in Diabetes Management and Education Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in nursing, Nutrition, or a related healthcare field.
