We are seeking a knowledgeable HR Generalist to join a NFP organisation based just outside of the CBD. This temporary position is a standalone HR role supporting a large network of stakeholders with all aspects of HR. Client Details This NFP operates as a medium-sized organisation with a focus on delivering innovative research and practical solutions to integrate planning and operations across Australia and New Zealand within the automotive network. Description Provide support across various human resources functions, including recruitment and on boarding. Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and documentation. Coordinate training and development programs for staff. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and policies. Provide advice and guidance to employees and management on HR-related matters. Assist in managing HR compliance and reporting requirements. Profile A successful Senior HR Generalist should have: Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field. Experience in a similar role within the professional services industry. Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Job Offer Hourly pay range of AUD 81 to AUD 99, based on experience.
